 Terms and Conditions for ROGER LOGISTICS

 1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by ROGER LOGISTICS  ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We offer a range of logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management. Specific services will be detailed in the service agreement provided to you.

 3. Responsibilities of the Client

- Provide accurate and complete information regarding shipments, including weight, dimensions, and content.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the shipment of goods.

- Pack and label items appropriately to prevent damage during transit.

 4. Pricing and Payment

- Pricing for services will be outlined in the service agreement. We reserve the right to adjust rates based on changes in market conditions or service requirements.

- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

 5. Liability

- We will take reasonable care in providing our services; however, our liability is limited to direct damages only, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We do have insurance for containers and trucks, so that if anything happens you and we will get claimed  

- Claims for lost or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.

 7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any other agreed-upon terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates .

 9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via our website or direct communication.
